Gentlemen Officers of All Armies:

It is with the greatest pleasure that I announce to you today the promotion of one of my Brunswick bretheren, Zafer Ejder, to the become the newest Lieutenant Colonel in the Anglo-Allied Army. Also, the promotion of the commander of our newly formed Spanish Brigade, Vincent Maddis, to the rank of Major. Please join me and raise your glasses in a toast to these two fine and deserving men.

Congrats to both of these fine officers! Herr Maddis and I are engaged in an action in The Blitz club at Hagelberg. Perhaps we will also register the game here as a Maneuver to help him gain his next rank ....
