After reading the article, it's kind of weird to have a themed park around Napoleon and do a reenactment of the battle of Waterloo, like if it was the only thing to celebrate about Napoleon.

There was a polemic in France few years ago because Trafalgar was more celebrated than Austerlitz.

I honestly cannot see the project being funded myself. I just don't see the marketing potential there for the masses, which will adversely affect a continuous generation of revenue.
