Gentlemen who Serve the Emperor,

I have a friend, Kyle Francois, who I PBEM with and who has the entire HPS Series and then some, CNaW and even CoG:EE, who wants to join the club. He wants to join the French side as you may guess; his family was born in France, but he has applied 2 times now in the last week to join your Armee and has yet to hear from ANYONE from the French training group or any command officers. Can something be done about this. I'm just relaying the message for him......

For Club Games: I prefer the Single Phase mode of play. I prefer to play with the following options OFF:

MDF, VP4LC, NRO, MTD, CMR, PR, MIM, NDM, OMR (ver 4.07)

Haha! I'll ask Bill, but I think he wants to fight under lil' Napoleon!! and the Grande Armee. Then again, if this no contact continues, I think he could easily be persuaded

I will send a dispatch to Chuck informing him of this matter. Thanks for following up here, Fred. We certainly do not need to lose members for this reason.

Your friend, Kyle Francois, has applied twice to La Grande Armee. And twice we have tried to contact him to process him into the French Army. Unfortunately, Kyle has misspelled his email address on both applications.

Please notify Kyle for us and ask him to reapply. He needs to add an E to Grande along with the 3 E's he did write in armeee. We should also know about any spaces that are part of the address. We at HQ and Ecole Militaire will be pleased to welcome Kyle into our ranks.

La Grande Armee responds to an application within 24 hours, but only when it is possible.

We sincerely appreciate your help in this matter.

Kyle sent me an emailing stating that he applied last night with the correct email, he assured me. I told him he should be hearing from someone from the Armee within 24 hours. Thanks for your help!

Maybe, we should have a club email address on the registration page (that the French and allies recruiters could check) that candidates could contact when they have trouble registering?
