Gentlemen Officers of the NWC, please join me in a toast to Captain Thomas David Phillips of the Hanoverian Brigade of the Mighty Anglo-Allied Army! Captain Phillips has gained his first Major Victory against the forces of France.

The first of many I am sure. The French are too busy sipping their coolaid and sampling the scents to actually win a battle anymore.

Well done! I have fought the good Captain on a few battlefields in the CCC and can justly say there will be many more victories to come for him in the NWC.
