Ok - lets settle this once and for all. I am invoking the Cabinet's displeasure here I know.

But here it is ....

My stories are free and for the club members to read and enjoy. If they don't read them or enjoy them that's up to them. I will keep on with the Polish Adventures and I hope that we never have a poll like this. All I can say is that who ever made this poll is doing me and others a kindness by letting others know that there is war stories of the era. One thing is for sure one of the greatest writer of all times was Alexander Dumas the son of Thomas Davy Dumas a man of color!

Kliff you carry on doing what you enjoy. Some people I am sure read it.
I would rather read your stuff than some of the negative whinging that takes place on this forum.

This poll is all tongue in cheek. Anyone taking it seriously needs to get out, breathe fresh air and generally get a life ...

As for negative things on the forum ... we have not had a fight since the elections. Franky for the record this club is doing fabulous with a lot of good camaraderie.

I am enjoying all of the posts being made here even if I do not have time to read them all. So there is no hidden intent here. Just the usual banter that is going on in the club currently.

And by the current numbers, I see that my beloved Hanoverians are winning this contest! In truth, if at least half of La Grande Armee does not vote against us, then we have not been properly conducting our diligent propaganda campaign. Where are Marechals Jensen and Corbin? Why with their involvement and influence, my beloved Hanoverians are bound to surge ahead, leaving all others in the haze shrouded distance!

Why yes, Lieutenant, I saw Heidi just a short bit ago. Coincidentally, she was also looking for you. Our conversation was rather brief though. She asked me if I knew anyone by the name of Brigette. Come to think of it, I actually believed she used the words "French trollop". When I said that I had never met a French woman by the name of Brigette, she said she must excuse herself as she had business to conduct. Something in line with 'Rat Killing' if I recall correctly. I wonder what ever could she have meant.

I do recall a bit of wisdom that I once read though. "Hell hath no fury......" Well, probably not important in any case. May I buy you a drink? You look a little pale. :P

Cliff, i think you are on to something. It appears the more the Hanoverians post the more their boring ratio goes up. :D
