Cliff, I am not aware that you can max out the storage space for images posted in the forum. I would be surprised if this is the case since your images are actually stored on another site. All you are doing in the forum is placing a link to the image on another server.

1.) Did the image upload as intended to your Photobucket site?
2.) Did you copy the direct link to the image?
3.) Did you paste the direct link into your forum post between two image tags?

Your image name looks far too long and I do not see a file type (i.e. '.jpg', '.png' or '.bmp') at the end of it. Without the file extension, I don't think the program can recognize it as an image file. The name really needs to be shortened a lot too.
