We are in need of a brave allied officer to be the fourth player in a multi-player battle of HPS Austerlitz – Augsburg Campaign. This is a 465 turn monster battle that we intend to play to the bitter end! The two French players are Lieutenant Schmidgall and Capitaine Wencz versus the Allied player Underleutant Ciampoli and you. We must keep up a good turns rate so we don’t get bored or die before we finish.

We three have already agreed on the “Optional Rules” but may be persuaded to alter them if necessary. They are all “CHECKED ON” except: Manual Defensive Fire, Rout Limiting, No Retreat Overruns, Partial Retreats, Line Movement Restrictions and Multiple Infantry Melees. We believe no “House Rules” are needed with the optional rules we have chosen.

Do you have what it takes to help stop the French from defeating the Austrians? :P

Oberstlieutant Walt Graf Moehle von Neuhardenberg,

Well met sir. Since we only have the one opening and being a firm believer in first come - first serve, you got it! This has to be the new club record for the fastest filling of an open spot for a monster battle. :)

The fish sure are biting good today! I just hope they put up a good fight once they're hooked!

Regards,

Officers of the Coalition! Bump - Open Again!

Due to unforseen circumstances, one of the Allied officers in this team match has resigned from the game.

This is an epic battle from the Austerlitz Campaign game, some 465 turns.

We have reached turn 55 (so, there is much yet to play), and Stefano Ciampoli, Hauptman in the Austrian Armee, desires to continue the battle, and seeks a fellow officer to reinforce him.

Read the first post in this thread to see our selected rules.
If interested in joining us on the battle map, feel free to respond here, or PM Stefano, Matt Wencz, or myself at our club encampments.

Thank you for your consideration of this matter.

Regards,

You may want to edit the title of your post by removing the "- CLOSED" portion.

Now I do seem to remember an certain Austrian Field Marshal that was lurking about....

What about it, Jim? Do you have time to join your Austrian comrade and teach these fine, Frenchmen a few valuable lessons?

Ah, Brigadier,

So good to have you back in the forums.

I have sent a message already to Matt who composed the original post, as only he can edit the title.

Hmm... yes, there was a bespangled Marschal of the Osterreich seen earlier in the tavern...

Regards,
