To all members who might have the game Crown of Glory, Emperor's Edition; I would like to start a new game this July, including some new players! If anyone has an interest in playing this multi player game of diplomacy and combat please contact me at: montesaurus@earthlink.net and please put COGEE in the subject line so I can find it in my spam blocker! Thanks.
Monte

I did a little research, fearing that I might have inadvertently been a part of the "they" responsible for misspelling your name somewhere. You must understand that both of my parents were trained English teachers, so the correct spelling of words, and names, is important to me. To my great relief, your name was correctly spelled in both your Forum and DoR accounts. Not finding the error in our club system, I expanded my investigation a bit further until I discovered the error to which you refer.

John and Al, please check the spelling of Monte's name in the Contacts list that you use for the distribution of correspondence to LGA officers. I see the spelling error in some of the past correspondence on which I was copied. Very simple to fix.

Monte - I cannot tell you the names of the members who own CoGEE as I don't actually know that answer at present, but we will be able to provide you a list of names in August at the conclusion of the current muster. I will be glad to send you a list then so that you can directly contact them via email. A post in our forum is always a good thing, and something that I certainly encourage for all officers, but the sad truth (at least in my opinion) is that not all members of our club read, much less actively participate in, our forums so I am not certain if your post alone will actually generate the desired response. I am very glad to help in any way that I can to get you in contact with fellow CoGEE players.

Corrected in the contact list a few days ago. In fact I corrected it immediately after being made aware of the error.

Battle On...

Hi Monte,

I thoroughly enjoy CoG:EE single player when I've had the time, but have yet to experience it via PBEM or multiplayer. My time is much more limited than in past years because I recently bought a house, but I am still active within the PBEM world, being able to play 2-3 turns a week. If you're interested in teaching me how the PBEM system works with CoG:EE, I'd be happy to oblige.

Email Address is: GaryR dot Whalen at GMail dot Com

Regards.

To all interested parties who want to get in a game this July, please contact me. I still have 1 or 2 spots left open for dedicated players who like the idea of a multiplayer game! Gary from the above posting has agreed to participate! Would still like to introduce this multiplayer game to other interested players!

Best Regards,

General de Brigade
Monte Gray
