Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Based on the positive response recently received by the post Reading vs. eReading, John Corbin suggested that it might be beneficial to our members to set up a new forum dedicated to the discussion of the military history books that we all so dearly love. His concern was that such posts might be easily overwhelmed in our Rhine Tavern. As the suggestion was very favorably received by the members of our Cabinet, I have set up a new forum entitled 'The Reading Room', a name suggested by Andy Moss.

Since the post Reading vs. eReading was the catalyst for this new venture, I have moved it to our new forum. We will evaluate the new venue in the following month based on membership participation and interest, so if you like the idea, we would encourage you to make some posts in our newest forum and let us know what you think.

I think I fixed the problem. Give it another try and let me know what happens. I am able to view the forum now, but I did not check if I could previously do so before I made the latest changes.

Same message for me as well still. A good idea, one I advocated for. I think some things need separate forums.

Should you not have an English Captain or Lt at the entry point of this magnificent library to assist the French officers in telling them what the books without pictures are all about? As the Allies, it is what we do .... help the down trodden, those not quite ready for main stream society, the French.

Just a thought ....
