Enjoy your retirement Yann and come back if you are able to. I always appreciated and respected you and enjoyed working with you on the Cabinet for many years, even if our debates were spirited, we still were good friends in the end. You are a giant among men in the history of the LGA! :)

<Salute>

Hope to see you around the tavern at some point, Yann. Just 'cuz you're retired doesn't mean you can't stop by, say 'hi' and share a virtual beverage.

And der Jager should know :shock:

L'Chevalier reaches into one of the many pockets of his riding cloak, producing a small silver polished mirror and holds it up to so that the Maj Gen has a good view. :mrgreen:

Your health General Lamezec! :)

Regards,

Every Frenchman in the tavern turns to gaze upon that most coveted prize that General Schmidgall has so boldly displayed as being in his possession. You can see their minds turning, as the plots begin to form as to how they will take the treasure tonight for their own. The good French General feels a chill start to crawl up his spine, wondering how he will fare in the darkness tonight beyond the safety of these tavern walls, for if there is one thing of which he is certain, there is no honor among theives.

"Ach, fear not my noble adversary", says the Hanoverian Guardsman. "I shall assign you a Hanoverian escort to ensure that you make it safely to your tent tonight". Quickly counting about thirty Frechman in the tavern he continues, "Two should be quite sufficient I think".

Salute!

L'Chevalier ponders the proffered suggestion of an Hanoverian escort for the evening.

"Sir, although the matter at hand as originally raised by yourself and what I was discussing with aid of implement (he flashes the mirror for effect again), was the subject of pates. :)

"However, as for this escort... do they look anything like that infamous Hanoverian recruitment ad?" :lol:

Regards,
