The La Grande Armée
is pleased to announce that
Général Guegan
III Corps d'Armée Commandant
has been awarded the
Commandeur de l’ordre de la Couronne de fer
This Order is awarded to officers that have distinguished themselves through exemplary service to La Grande Armee, or in recognition of special achievement, and who is a member of the Imperial Guard or has held a leadership position of at least division command for a year.

This is recognition for his help with various translations which include the translating the DoR information into French.

Please congratulate Général Guegan and thank him for his help.

I wish to commend the General and LGA HQ for the effort to translate various documents and sections into other languages which serves to make our club ever more inclusive. 8)

Helga, as I know that General Guegan enjoys cognac, may we have a couple of glasses here.
