Yes, at least one that I can recall. Jane Weightman was in the Anglo-Allied army for a while around the turn of the century.

Had one in the ACWGC a long time ago and she was quite good, never having lost I believe. Wasn't around long though. I don't recall any in this club.

Emily Stewart....one of my first games, totally kicked my rear end, but she was at West Point for artillery, the real one, not the ACWGC academy.

In the Colonial Campaigns Club, we had a female member and she is listed on our Staff Credits webpage as assisting getting things going. This was in late 1999 or early 2000. Stacy Jemay did fade away after a while.

Strange how threads evolve. There is at least one active female at the Blitz who loves ACW games. There used to be a couple from E Europe in the NWC many years ago. Melissa Mullings indeed at the INWC. And two of my favourite opponents at the old AANGC after Mr Corbin were both female from France - Isabelle Landrot and Dominique Roux. The former was some high powered executive and by a strange quirk of fate her brother was a postgraduate student at the university I work at.

Dominique could have been a man  since the name is masculine and feminine in French.

That is true - but she described herself as a single mum. Married a French Canadian, didn't last so she returned to France. Always nice to get to know my opponents.
