Gentlemen Officers (and you French Chaps too):

Please join me in a hearty welcome to Ensign Iain Fuller, the newest member of the mighty Anglo-Allied Army, and the Commanding Officer of Von Moll's Foot Battery of the Brunswick Brigade.

As is our time honored custom, all drinks tonight will be carried on the tab of our newest Ensign. Any revelers who imbibe a bit more than their constitutions will tolerate will simply be carried.

Salute Sir and welcome.

I shall partake if the drinks are on the young Ensign, mines a crate of France's finest grape. Hope he has a full purse.

Welcome, sir.

May your powder be ever wet and your guns rusty and unreliable.

Helga, the usual please, on the good ensign's tab, of course.

Cheers!

Many thanks for your kind words, sirs. I hope that I am able to keep up the good traditions of the Allied Army.

And to the French gentlemen: greetings and I shall see you on the battlefield anon.

However, please note: one may indeed lose sometimes but will never 'loose' on the field of glory, made of stern stuff don't you know and it would be damnably embarrasing in front of the men. I'll leave that to you snail-bothering types.

Drinks all round, and damn the expense!!

The good Ensign may not "loose", but I am sure that he will certainly "unloose" a rain of fire and destruction on the heads of all Frenchmen foolish enough to wander aimlessly into his path.

And "wander aimlessly" is what the French do best!

Question we need to ask is, is he doing well. I like this guy he really reminds me of me when I first joined. Long may it continue Sir.
