His Majesty
Empereur Napoleon
is pleased to announce that
Général Todd Schmidgall
is the new
Impériale aid de camp de La Grande Armée

This new position of responsibility is in addition
to his command of the Réserve de Cavalerie.
Please congratulate Général Schmidgall and
thank him for stepping up for all the officers of the La Grande Armée.

I am also sure he is buying because the Empereur has also added to his purse!

The Celebration grows and once again we invite the officers from across the battlefield
to join in our fun, but please keep your jabs light and merry!

Salute!

L'Chevalier enters the common room of the tavern to find a party in progress! :frenchdrunk:

A fine celebration for the recent assignments of Marechal Lelievre and myself.

L'Chevalier fingers the gold aiguillettes that are a symbol of his new duties as an Imperial Aide de Camp to the General Headquarters staff.

His other hand absentmindedly rubs the money pouch at his belt which is uncomfortably heavier than normal.

Helga! Keep the flagons full of ale, snifters with their delicate spirits, and the glasses with the finest offerings of the vineyards.

It is truly an honor to be of service to La Grande Armee!
