Gentlemen Officers of the NWC:

Please nominate your candidates for the new Club President below. All nominees must be currently active NWC Officers. Nominations will end at Midnight EST on September 7th.

Having dutifully served in this capacity for three years, I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination as your Club President.

I would like to nominate Marechal Todd Schmidgall for the position of Club President.

Todd is very active in the club, his frequent helpful posts can be seen in all of the club forums (excepting the Allied only Tavern of course), he founded the Tirailleurs et Dragons battle group (a group intended to promote greater interaction through increased MP activity). Todd is very supportive in training and mentoring new members and is currently serving the the club as one of the five cabinet members .

I hope Todd will consider this request and agree to place his name forward as a candidate for Club President.

I can not agree more with these words. Strongly support the candidacy for president Todd.

Sirs, the position of president is one that demands a high quality of leadership. The members of the club deserve no less. Dedication, integrity, respect for others and personal character are requirements against which a potential candidate can be measured. At this moment, the club needs a new, but seasoned hand to lead it forward.

I nominate Pierre Desruisseaux for the position of President of the NWC.

We all benefit daily from the work that Pierre has done and the ongoing support he continues to provide to the club. His longstanding dedication to the club, the respect he has earned over the years, his trustworthiness and his personal character make him the clear choice.

I think that Pierre and Todd are both very suitable for president but i have to vote only one so i am up for Pierre.

As an officer in the LGA and a member of the NWC I am going to vote for Todd Schmidgall to be our next Napoleonic Wargame Club President.

He has been and is a major asset to LGA as a Corps Commandant, Impériale Aid de Camp of the La Grande Armée and of course as NWC Public Relations Officer. Giving his free time to train new members, answering members questions, promotion of team battles just to name a few, and dealing with various club issues to the benefit of the all members of the NWC. Todd has worked with other cabinet members in the promotion of the NWC and communicating with interested parties, new members, and other organizations.

Most importantly Todd is involved on an everyday basis in the club. This is evident by his 1344 post since he joined the club in November of 2011. At first asking questions, contributing information, offering help to others, promoting the club from within and bringing new ideas to the membership.

And has shown himself as a leader of outstanding character therefore I am asking you to vote for Todd Schmidgall to be our new club President.
