In a Wagram game I quit after 8 turns and the French wanted major victory the club rule is 10 turns !

Hi Cliff,

The rule says if the scenario is less than 10 turns it's a major after 3 turns. If the scenario is more than 10 turns then it's a major victory after 5 turns.

It is a confusing rule designed by former Cabinet members and I am for the simplifying of it if possible. ...
