How do you plan on using optional rules?

Will it be mandatory that all players use the same optional rules, to keep the playing field as even as possible?

I would like to play the full battle, can do at least 3 turns a week, usually 1 a day.

And also I can say that I REALLY am the worst player in this club :frenchwink1:

MDF, VP4LC, NRO, MTD, CMR, PR, MIM, NDM, OMR (ver 4.07)
