Napoleonic Wargame Club (NWC)

Greetings!

I am new to the NWC club, and new to the Napoleonic series. I only have RBR, but would be willing for a gentle soul to help me learn. I would prefer a small to medium scenario.

I have no idea how to register games, so I would appreciate some tutoring there as well.

Steve - your commander/appointed helper will help you with the DoR - Dept. of Records if you cannot understand the instructions.

I will add this in to help you: whenever you select a member's name (including your own) for the players' field make sure you click on the button just to the right of that field for each one you enter. You cannot just fill out the entire form and then hit the "confirm" button (or whatever its called). Each name has to be confirmed individually before you move on to enter in more names.

So when I registered our game I entered in my name for the Allied player - confirmed my name. Then I entered in your name - confirmed your name. And then I continued to fill out the form.

The scenario selection - knowing title of the scenario helps you find it in the list. So for example in our game:

179. The Battle of Neuburg-Oberhausen

All you have to type in is "179. The" and it should sort to that title. Then you select it and move on to the rest of the form.

Try to fill out a sample form but dont submit the form. Will give you practice before you do it for a club game.

MDF, VP4LC, NRO, MTD, CMR, PR, MIM, NDM, OMR (ver 4.07)

Oh Steve, havent you heard? The LGA packed up and went home to Paris!



Its hard to find one of them brave enough to come out and do battle so most of the time we have to find an Allied officer for a battle.
