I've downloaded the upgrade, and it won't read the map.

I've been trying to get the 4.03 Wagram to run, and it won't read it.

Suggest you do a completely clean install. Uninstall the game off your system using add/remove programs, then grab an up-to-date installer from your Store account to do a new install.

You can log into your Store account and access your order history complete with download links and serial numbers. The page to access that is here:

The Wagram works fine too (just downloaded it, applied it and ran the game).

Just trying to provide you an alternative solution sir... no telling what is causing your problem.
