Le Grand Quartier-Général Impériale has confirmed that Sous-Lieutenant Stefano Panarella's efforts on the field of honour have been recognised.


It gives me great pleasure to announce on behalf of Général Hecht that with immediate effect, Sous-Lieutenant Panarella has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
