Hello everyone, I just joined your club and I'd like to play one or two games with an opponent who's well-versed in all the intricacies of this wargame. Even after reading the rules several times, playing against the AI, and fighting a few battles against novices like myself, I still can't quite grasp some of the game's mechanics. So, if a veteran of the Grand Army had the time and patience to play a game against me, I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance for your replies.

For Club Games: I prefer the Single Phase mode of play. I prefer to play with the following options OFF:

MDF, VP4LC, NRO, MTD, CMR, PR, MIM, NDM, OMR (ver 4.07)

I'm one of the the training officers with L'École Spéciale Impériale Militaire. I'd be happy to run a training exercise with you.

I have every title, so if you can suggest a game you might like to play let me know. I'd recommend something small to start with.

Hi Dean, great to see you pick up a further pupil.

Can I bring to your, and all La Grande Armée training officers attention, the new "Corps de Cadets" page within the L'École Spéciale Impériale Militaire, where those who require instruction are highlighted. https://wargame.ch/wc/nwc/Army_Webpages ... adets.html. This page will be updated on a monthly basis, adding new recruits and removing those who have graduated, to the appropriate sister page.

In future, if any of our training officers have availability to instruct a new Sous-Lieutenant, please take advantage of the new page. Please begin with the earlies registered recruit. Post in the Rhine Tavern the name of the officer selected and update myself also, so I can have the page updated.

Thank you to all our training officers, your work is extremely valuable and greatly appreciated.
