AL,
I would love to see the pdt file for 1776 as it would add a new approach to the already great game. My e-mail is rstockland@fuse.net.
Thanks,
Butch

Sounds good! How about adding another pdt file, with the Yankee rebels with the sun in their eyes & standing under a dark rain cloud that stops 20 yards short of the British line?

But, seriously, I'd be delighted to see your various pdt files and let you know what I think of them.

Perhaps the changing weather conditions during the course of a long battle could be represented by using different pdt files?

Let me think about that one for a bit. [:p]

I am working on one where the British will only be allowed to be in forest hexes and move one hex per HOUR. This, of course, is to reflect Bart's need to claim every tree for England [:D]

Dierk is really glad the snow storm finally started to ebb and opened up visiblity from 1 hex to 3! hehehe...

Right after dawn we have about 1/4 mile (11 hexes), 5 minutes later the clouds parted and visiblity was a full mile (42), 5 minutes later sighting range dropped to 41 yards(1 hex)!!! SNOW!!! The heavy stuff lasted for 10 minutes and now it is starting to lighten up enough to see 125 yards (3 hexes.)

Very fun!!

Rich, we're already doing that ... only manually, it's probably a little tedious, I am glad Al does it. [:D]
