Please reread my instructions - in order to be added you merely send me a screenshot of the options you like to use. I also will have a form that folks can use as well. Either will need to be the way it is done or else I will lose track.
The extra column will be added in. Just got back from running around looking for new glasses and wallpaper, etc.

Let us know when you get the form set.

While I am not completely inept on a computer, I am unable to take a screeshot of options, only battlefields.

Tutorial on making screenshots:
1. Print Screen key captures the ENTIRE SCREEN.
2. Alt + Print Screen keys (Alt first, hold it down, then press Print Screen) captures just the active window.

So in order to get a screenshot of any dialog box first bring it up and then push Alt + Print Screen. Then go into a paint program and press Ctrl V for paste. Also works in Netscape Composer. You save it as a .jpg file - its smaller that way. Mail me the file. Simple is pi!
