That's the Soldiers Of Britannia's Sovereign, a fraternal organization of British officers. Wherein are held great Intellectual Debates; exchanges of good Cheer are offered; women of low Reputation are Assisted as they begin their Careers; Battles are refought with much Embellishment; and no effort is Spared to foster a Sense of Camaraderie and Brotherhood amongst HM Officers. No Irish allowed.

Aye sir, I myself supported several young lasses through "finishing" school" as they completed their courses in attending to the wants and needs of the S.O.B.s. But please, have the quartermaster order some larger party hats next time, those tiny little pointed ones we had at least year's event barely stayed perched atop me coiffured finery.
