Thanks for the offer. File on its way to you in HTM and DOC. Let me know the URL and we can modify the link on the Main Page or you could send the HTM file to Garry and he could post it.

Thanks guys! Looks great! I only need 900 points to overtake first place. hmmmmm...

That's only 4,500 game turns! I best be crackin'

Okay now which scenario to play .... nope not that one only 18 turns, maybe this one, nope 48 turns.

Hey wait a minute I bet there's an AmosWars scenario that long!

As for surnames, you still owe me an answer re that Col. A. Amos who just appeared in our 1814 campaign ... is it your grand-granddaddy? <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

I think if you get up to a thousand points you should start counting back down again. What do you think Sean? Did you get to White Plains?

While I've no objection to a "top gun" page, it'll always be virtually the same old chaps at the top, simply because they'd already gained a load of points months before many of us even joined the club.

So what I propose is an ADDITIONAL page for the "top guns of the month" and "top guns of the year". (But probably all the monthly top guns section could realistically display would be the players who'd achieved major victories in that month and the battlefield. However, I don't think the loser's name should be recorded for posterity.)

I recall the original proposal for the awards contained a section with trophies for the individuals as well as the units with the best bimonthly combat record, as well as an award for the man who brought home the highest ranking enemy officer captured in a certain month. It was turned down by the cabinet since it would have needed someone to do the administration.
