Thanks Richard.

The Zulu should be able to catch the Brits if they run. The supply wagons are slow and worth 100 points each if fully loaded.

The NNH probably is overrated.

Zulu rifle to hit factor is set at 1 for all ranges. If the engine would allow fractions I could set it at .1 and then arm all the Zulu with rifles to show the smattering of rifles thorughout the entire Impi. Since I can't I collected them into 1 ivoviyo per wing, 2 per Ibutho, so only about 300 Zulu out of 4,200 or so have rifles currently (6 counters out of 90). Their range is 36 hexes and their hit factor is always 1.

Progress report.

I got my order in from Old Glory so I have all the figure types I need to put the bmp files together. Just need to get some painted. hehehe...

I have requested several books through inter-library loan and as they come in, and I skim through/read them I collect information for the different battles.

I have the Isandlwana oob done, except for a few names here and there. I am half way done making the map.

So I hope to have two sets of scenarios ready to go by May - Rorke's Drift and Isandlwana.

This add-on will go into the War of 1812 game. Once I get the unit and icon files finished you will need to make a copy on your hard drive of War of 1812 and call it Zulu or something like that.

For those of you who don't have War of 1812 from HPS yet, you may want to get a copy. Providing you like fighting Zulus <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>.
