Has anyone even noticed that the British army has a third general? Sir Ernie Sands has been promoted to Brigadier General! Congrats, Ernie! Let the celebration begin ... and hope it doesn't end in another barroom brawl. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
