- Change so that Infantry can melee attack mounted Cavalry in Obstructed

- Added optional rule that prevents retreats from overrunning skirmishers.
- Implemented a minimum bridge strength requirement for crossing a
damaged bridge of 50, 100, and 150 for infantry (and leaders), cavalry,
and artillery (and supply wagons) respectively. See the section on
Movement in the Users Manual.
- Put cavalry charge factor in parameter data.
- Put cavalry charge multiple in parameter data.
- Put disordered movement fraction in parameter data.
- Added the ability to define a unit as "Has Boats" which allows the

- Reduced morale of Skirmishers by one for the purpose of Rout check.
- Change so that Charging Cavalry which are continuing can move into
empty hexes and can melee units which have already meleed.
- Change so that Disordered units attack at 1/3 strength and defend at
2/3 strength.
- Added a new Weather feature that allows for weather conditions to change

Changes for Napoleon's Russian Campaign 1.02
NOTE: This update requires DirectX 8.1 and is not compatible with
Windows 95.
- Added On-Map Results option which causes combat results to be displayed
on the map rather than in a separate dialog box. The setting can be
changed on or off from the Settings Menu.
- Leaders, Skirmishers and Supply Wagons no longer block the retreat of
non-Skirmish units, but instead are eliminated and captured.
- Fix so that cavalry which fails its morale check prior to charging is
not allowed to charge.
- Fix in Scenario Editor so that Restore Units doesn't put Skirmishers
at full battalion strength.
- Added the ability for Pioneer units to repair Bridges up to a maximum
of 200.
- Added ability to prevent File Saves during turn in PBEM encrypted battles
(See Settings Menu of Main Program).
- Added a random Bridge Damage feature.
- Change to overrun rule so that Cavalry always overruns Skirmishers when
their strength is greater than or equal to the Skirmisher strength.
- Included a Campaign Flow Chart file in Word format.
- Change so that split artillery units can limber by themselves.
- Fix to graphics problem on right-hand side of map edge.
- Skirmishers do not get Fanatical morale benefit.
- Increased Melee modifiers to make effects such as flank attack more
